Old Grenache (80%) and Syrah (20%)
Fermented in temperature controled concrete tanks for 3 weeks at between 25° and 30°C. Daily pump over or rack and return.
A good southern vintage with nice backbone and fine, round tannins.
This wine is very ample in the mouth and exhibits persistence with flavors of spices, licorice, and red fruits.
Food pairing : suits well with rich and tasty meat dishes like lamb or steak “au poivre”.
