In steel tanks, vinification traditional with 2 weeks of fermentation around 25° C.
Beautiful red color with hints of purple.
Intense nose with aromas of very ripe, and almost jam-like red and black fruit . Full and large on the palate, round, riche, opulent, with a nice persistence and fine tannins.
Intense aromatic expression with notes of licorice, cassis, and black cherry.
To drink in the next 3 years with grilled or roasted red meats.
