This cuvée comes from plots mainly located on the Clairet plateau where the Marquise de Sévigné enjoyed coming to 
taste the grapes in the 17th century. For five years these plots have been cultivated within the framework of organic farming. 
Clear and brilliant color, not very intense, of a sparkling ruby ​​red. Intense with aromas of very ripe red and black fruits. 
Morello cherries, blackberries, redcurrants. Very tender, round, fruity palate with a nice marked freshness.

Our only vintage in AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages is mainly made from Grenache Noir, 
a grape variety so representative of the southern Rhône valley. It is a round and warm wine, typical of the Côtes du Rhône. 
It goes well with tapas, white and red meats, candied vegetables.
