TERROIR
Hillsides and terraces from the Rhône with limestone and chalk soils.
HARVEST
Handpicking harvest on extraordinary Grenache vines. Looking for a full ripe.
BLEND
80% Grenache, 20% Syrah
VINIFICATION
In concrete vats for 3 weeks. Temperature between 25 and 30° C. Umballasting or pumping over are done daily.
TASTING
Intense purple color. Complex, fruity, and delicate nose. South Rhône wine, with an elegant structure and noble tannins ending on a balanced roundness. Really ample in the mouth, with a persistency of spicy notes, liquorice and jam of red berries. Good length for a fruity wine ending on the Côtes du Rhône wines structure.                                                                                                                                                                                                               FOOD PAIRING
To be served on tasty meats like white meat or beef.
