GRAPE VARIETY
50% Grenache Noir, 50% Syrah
VINIFICATION
Traditional vinification of each varietal, destemmed after harvest. Vinification in stainless steel tanks with mechanical pneumatic punching down. Between 20 and 30 days of long maceration with frequent pumping over or rack and return to achieve a good extraction. Wine is aged in concrete tanks for 18 months before bottling.
TASTING
Nice purple colour. Intense nose characterized by small red and black fruits (like cassis), licorice, and garrigue. A beautiful palate, rich, full, and soft with good balance. The intense fruity given by this vintage combined with already silky tannins let us appreciate this wine since its bottling.                                                  WINE AND FOOD PAIRING
Red meats either grilled, roasted or in gravies (truffles), feathered game, cheeses.
