COOKING WORKSHOPS AT GRANGENEUVE

Provencal plates look like real master paintings. They highlight the colorful products, rich and varied.
So let yourself be guided by your taste buds to the domain Grangeneuve accompanied by our Chef Cathy BOUR ... Participate in the preparation of dishes. Between terrines with herbs and eggplant flan with peppers, Provencal cuisine will no longer hold any secrets for you. Remember to make a reservation to participate- you make your meals and then enjoy them; do not forget your apron !


RATES AND TERMS :
Activity is by request for groups. (Maximum 20 people).
From 11:30 to 13:30, cost 28 € per person.
We also offer this activity for individuals within predefined dates during the summer season.

CATHY’S COOKING 
Cooking classes are offered throughout the seasons (black truffles of Drôme, spices and wines, aromatic herbs, the Mediterranean, ...) followed by a pleasant tasting of the dishes prepared. On the same weekend the course can be offered for two different time slots. (Friday evening from 18:30 and Saturday mornings from 10am).

Cost: € 37 including wine tasting.

THE MOMENT TERROIR
Guided tasting on the subject of local products. Enjoy a good time to explore the local flavors and products (wines, cheeses, local meat dishes of Drôme and Ardèche). The activity will begin with a presentation of the Domaine of Grangeneuve and  the AOC Grignan-Les-Adhemar. Then you will visit the wine-aging cellar and taste five of our vintages. A plate of local specialties will be offered during the tasting.
