From our oldest vines (50 years old) and our best terroirs. Powerful nose, characteristic of small black berry fruits and garrigue. A complex structure, supple and ample. Nice balance with noticeable silky tannins. Good cellaring potential 5 to 7 years. Suggested food associations : red meats either grilled, roasted or in gravies (truffles), feathered game, cheeses.
